Press Conference

On Wednesday, February 18, the first press conference for the World Synchronized Skating Championships was held at the Four Points Panorama Hotel. Present at the conference were representatives of city institutions that support this project – Ljiljana Kuhta Jeličić, deputy of the Mayor of the City of Zagreb, Boško Lozica, deputy of the Head of the City office for Education, Culture and Sport and Velimir Bašić, General Secretary od the Zagreb Sport association as well as representatives of the Organizing Committee of the World Synchronized Skating Championships – Zoran Kovačević, president, Davorin Orban, competition director and Melita Juratek Cipek, General Secretary of the Croatian Skating Federation. All the information about the preparation of the Championships and the competition itself were presented to the media as well as the official web page and all the sponsors of the World Synchronized Skating Championships. The press conference was very successful and the World Synchronized Skating Championships received coverage on several TV channeld as well as in the press.
